The arbitrator shall be mutually appointed by both parties; if agreement on appointment cannot be reached within 15 days, either party may apply to the appropriate court for appointment in accordance with the Act. The seat of arbitration shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Consumer forum carve-out: Nothing in this clause limits your right to approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, or the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution clause above, any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan — provided that nothing in this clause prevents you from approaching a consumer forum of competent jurisdiction in your place of residence.
