1. Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If something goes wrong, we will make it right. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and all other applicable Indian laws are fully preserved and are not limited by anything in this policy.

2. Eligible Refund Situations
You may request a refund if your order arrives in any of the following conditions:
- The product is physically damaged or broken on delivery
- You received the wrong product
- Items are missing from your order
- The product is defective (including defects that are only discoverable upon opening a sealed package)
We do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or if you have simply opened and used the product without any of the above issues.
3. How to Raise a Refund Request
- Email hello@foryoudaily.co with subject line: Refund Request — [Your Order ID]
- Include your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging
- We recommend raising your request as soon as possible after delivery, and ideally within 48 hours, to help us investigate with our courier partner. However, this is a guideline, not a hard cutoff — we will assess requests beyond this window on a case-by-case basis in line with your statutory rights
We also recommend recording a short unboxing video when receiving your order, as this can help resolve disputes faster. This is a suggestion, not a requirement.
4. Our Review Process
We aim to acknowledge your request within 2 business days. Once we have reviewed your evidence, we will communicate our decision clearly. We may ask follow-up questions or request additional photographs to help us assess your claim.
Where a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If your order was prepaid by card or UPI, the refund will be credited to the same instrument.
For approved claims involving physical returns, we will arrange and pay for return shipping — you will not be asked to bear that cost.
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately at hello@foryoudaily.co. We process orders quickly — if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, and the refund process above will apply upon delivery.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to, or shall, limit or exclude your rights under:
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- The Sale of Goods Act, 1930
- Any other applicable Indian law
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or the appropriate State/District Consumer Forum. You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline at 14404 or visit consumerhelpline.gov.in.
