1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not currently ship outside India.


2. Free Shipping

All orders include free standard shipping, with no minimum order value. There are no hidden delivery charges.


3. Prepaid Orders Only

We accept prepaid orders only via credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD).


4. Dispatch and Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to remote or non-metro pin codes may take longer.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery timelines.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website or app.


6. GST Invoice

A GST-compliant invoice will be included with your shipment or sent to you by email. Our products are compliant with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, including mandatory label disclosures.


7. Damaged, Lost, or Undelivered Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is marked delivered but not received, please contact us at hello@foryoudaily.co with your order ID and supporting photographs as soon as possible. We will investigate with the courier partner and work to resolve the issue — including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We remain responsible for ensuring your order reaches you in good condition. Our obligation is not fulfilled merely upon handover to the courier; we remain liable until you have received your order in the condition described.


8. Failed Delivery and Return to Origin

If a delivery attempt fails because an incorrect address was provided by you, or if the package is refused without valid reason, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-dispatch charges may apply. If you believe a delivery failure was caused by our courier partner’s error, please contact us and we will resolve it at no charge.


9. Consumer Rights

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian laws are not limited by anything in this policy. If you are unsatisfied with our response to a shipping issue, you may contact the National Consumer Helpline at 14404 or visit consumerhelpline.gov.in.
